Silicone emulsions, known to chemists as polyorganosiloxanes, have a unique chemical structure of alternating silicon and oxygen atoms. This uniqueness has led people to formulate high performance specialty chemicals which perform outstanding functions. KAISER formulates a range of silicone emulsions, fluids and defoamers based on these silicones that help industries to produce high quality products. Silicone Emulsions
Silicone emulsions are water diluteable emulsion of Polymedthly siloxane fluids. These silicone emulsions are chemically inert, non toxic, non-flammable and non-hazardous. They possess low surface tension and superior wetting properties. These silicone emulsions are particularly suited for mould release applications during rubber moulding and metal casting because they form films of low adhesion and therefore be applied to moulds to prevent adhesion of the moulded articles. They are also used as water soluble lubricants, paper and textile finishing agents and as a polish ingredient, various grades of silicone emulsions are being formulated with respect to their solid contents.

Silicone Defoamer & Anti-Foams
Silicone defoamers and anti-foams are available as water dispersible emulsions and as 100% oil based products. The chemically inert na of these silicone defoamers and anti-foams facilitates its use as a defoamer and antifoam in Textile, Paint and Varnish, Paper, Food, Bever Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics and Chemical processing.
